Ordered some beautiful pyjamas for my son for Christmas. Really pleased with the quality and the surprise lollipop in the package was a nice touch and much appreciated by my little boy! Would order again as the clothes on the site are lovely

Favourite shop!
Excellent customer service in the Kensington high street shop. I took my niece on a Black Friday shopping adventure and the team were so friendly. I'll be back for Santa's gifts!

I never had cause to rate this company bad before. I love there items. But this recent order, there were a couple of issues. 1. They sent the wrong size I ordered. 2. I bought the next size up on a dress I wanted my daughter to wear to an event the first weekend of December. When she tried on the dress, the neckline was so narrow it was choking her if I button it up. I went to their website but somewhere there was an issue with contacting them. Contacted their IG and they gave me the CS email. Reached out. They said they need pictures. Sent pictures. Been a week. Nothing. And they have not even addressed the wrong size/item sent.
To return an item, they will have you pay for shipping from the US to the UK. If this was a “change your mind” issue, that would be fine. But these are their issues. They need to address it.

My number one stop for children…
My number one stop for children clothes, the BEST customer service and I believe you can tell alot about a company by their customer service. I had a very small issue which was not even an issue but dealt with so professionally. I will continue to shop with Trotters for many years to come and always recommend. 5 stars!

Harrasing the baby by switching on and off the shaving machine
The worse first hair shave ? experience. The person who was harrasing the baby with the shaving machine. (Baby is 14 months old.)
I had an appointment with Kings Road and as soon as the baby and her nany entered instead of greeting they told them that they have 10
Minutes as the person who will shave the hair will leave. I was not there but I was told to be there in 3 minutes which I arrived less than 3 minutes but they decided to Cancel. I had to arranged a mother’s help and arrange my own time to be there which is very hard with a small baby. According to the nany the women (I think her name is Anna from Italy) was turning on and off the machine to harrast the while waiting for me. Getting the machine closer to tye baby’s head and switch non and off. And keep telling I need to go.
This is the most disgusting experience I have ever had. When I arrived the baby was crying in the chair.

Wonderful service! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The clothing is of good quality, they have great collection in store and online. Always recommend Trotters,it never disappoints 10/10 service!

I visit Kensigton high Street very bad customer service the have trust issue I bought 3 shoes and toys and lollipops the whole I’m paying the ask me 4 times if I saw the second pair off the shoes and the lady she’s been after us all the time as I’m thieves I spend £125 but the team there very bad as the ask if I paid for one extra lollipop I told the staff I will never take anything whit out payment the should look in the person haw looks the don’t care about client or service everyone the treat the client in very bad and the don’t what the do

Have bought several items for my grand…
Have bought several items for my grand daughter from here online, especially the hair bows which are good quality and made to last.
Ordered her shoes too and mum was thrilled as was my little grand daughter.
Lovely range of colours great for special occasions and well made even offering a measuring service, for shoes. During the pandemic we ordered a shoe gauge which came promptly and was useful for ordering online.
Lovely packaging great service and quality products. Shall return.

Overpriced - Won't be returning
£20.00 for a very poor haircut! not great service, hair cut was not straight , not consistent -
Staff - rude & blunt - if you don't want customers asking the price then display the price with or on the article for sale.
Won't be returning - not for a haircut nor for there other merchandise

Trotters uses Treadwell now to book haircuts.
I had difficulties to use the app on my Iphone and ended up having the haircut charged twice on my card as the app crashed on me a number of times, making me lose the appointment that I wanted. I ended up to chose an appointment another appointment for which I was 10mins late at the store due to road works traffic. I waited over 5 mins to speak with someone to say that we eventually arrived so I missed my late arrival timeframe, even though the hairdresser was late and was doing the still the previous appointment. In the time I managed to explain my situation, the Hairdresser had already started the next appointment early.
Nothing could be done to slot me in, even though my time was used by someone else.
And of course no refund as the booking was online and my appointment was supposed to be finished by then. £20+ taxi waisted for no haircut. Such a shame as I used to like the service. I will no longer come to do my kids haircut there.

Lovely product, rip off postage charges in Ireland
Have ordered a few times from Trotters, the clothing/shoes have always been really beautiful and fabulous quality. The reason I have marked down a star is the international shipping charge is €20 which is quite a lot and quite often it works out cheaper for me to order from Next Ireland despite the fact they charge more for the brand. The charge has doubled since BREXIT despite children’s clothing being exempt from VAT.

DO NOT let them cut your childs hair
We went here for my son's first haircut. The lady who cut his hair completely disregarded everything i wanted (to only have a small amount taken off) and cut a huge amount off. He was incredibly distressed by the whole situation as it was rushed and impersonal without any acclimatisation. It has ruined my memory of my son's first haircut. I have been extremely upset since as this is the last thing i wanted for such a momentous occasion.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR MEMORIES RUINED!!!!!
Beautiful girls’ dresses
Ordered the Annabella Bow Dress for my granddaughter. The dress is beautiful and It was delivered quickly. The material is really good. They even sent a complimentary sweet with it.
Have ordered more dresses now.
